Mr. Pelchat is a principal and co-founder of the Quanto Financial Group. Prior to launching the Quanto Financial Group with Mr. Lafleur-Ayotte, Alain was a managing director in the fixed-income department of National Bank Financial, where he headed the Structured Finance & Securitization Group of NBF. He had previously held a number of positions in the Treasury division of the National Bank of Canada and was responsible for National Bank of Canada's operations in Japan and Singapore. Alain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Concordia University.

Mr. Lafleur-Ayotte is a principal and co-founder of the Quanto Financial Group. Prior to launching the Quanto Financial Group with Mr. Pelchat, Mathieu was a managing director in the fixed-income department of National Bank Financial, where he headed the firm's securitization and structured credit product development activities. He was previously a member of the Global Securitized Products Group of Deutsche Bank in London, where he managed Deutsche Bank principal finance transactions such as Powerhouse Finance (UK Corporate Finance magazine Deal of the Year in 2001), Deutsche Bank or investor-led private repackaging transactions and cash/synthetic CDO, mortgage-backed and asset-backed transactions for a number of European banks and corporations. He began his career with Dewey Ballantine in London and New York, where he practiced US law in emerging markets and structured finance. Mathieu holds a Ph.D., completed as a Commonwealth Scholar while at Christ's College, Cambridge and Harvard University. His doctoral work focused on the arbitrage implications of regulatory and market structure design in efficient, but incomplete and imperfect, capital markets. He also holds an LL.M. in US Tax Law from NYU Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and an M.Phil. in International Relations from Cambridge University where his research work focused on the use of military force against state-sponsored terrorism. Mathieu is a member of the New York State Bar and a Visiting Lecturer in Finance at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management since September 2004.

Gordon joined the Quanto Financial Group as a principal from McCarthy Tetrault, where he was a senior partner at their Toronto office and the Co-Chair of their National Business Law Group. His legal practice focused on asset securitization, structured finance, corporate finance, acquisitions and lending. Gordon was recognized in the 2004-2005 edition of Chambers Global: The World's Leading Lawyers in the area of banking and finance law. He also appeared in the 2005 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, a guide to the leading law firms and practitioners in Canada, and in Euromoney Legal Media Group's 2004 Guide to the World's leading Structured Finance and Securitization Lawyers. He received his BA from Victoria College, University of Toronto in 1978 and his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1981. Gordon was called to the Ontario bar in 1983.

ERIC DOUCET Chief Information Officer, Quanto Financial Group
Mr. Doucet has over 12 years of experience in information technology, of which 8 years spent working for different mutual fund companies. In 1995, he joined Talvest Mutual Funds and became a key member of its IT team, building major systems such as account management, service fees, T2033 and telemarketing systems. He was also in charge of the implementation of the C.R.M. software for the company and of its internet solutions program. He built numerous transactional and informational web sites for the firm and created an innovative version of the web site for handheld computers (RIM's Blackberry). In 2001, Mr. Doucet moved to StrategicNova Mutual Funds. While at StrategicNova, he put in place a data warehouse infrastructure, created an On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) system and built a transactional web site. In 2003, he converted the firm's web site for Dynamic Mutual Funds following the acquisition of StrategicNova by Dundee Wealth Management. He then joined Equisoft, a firm of consultants to the information technology industry, where he was a senior consultant until early August 2005. Eric holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
MAXIME FOURNIER Controller, Quanto Financial Group
Maxime joined Quanto Financial from National Bank Financial in August 2005. As controller of the Quanto Financial group, he is responsible for all financial reporting and management activities at Quanto Financial, including the preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements for retail public issuers and asset-backed commercial paper issuers administered by the Quanto Financial group. Maxime began his career at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in 2000, as a member of the audit team. He then worked in the turnaround and restructuring group as a manager from September 2003 to the end of 2004. Maxime joined the financial and administrative controls group of National Bank Financial in January 2005, where he put in place the controls and accounting processes of OpenSky Capital, then a division of NBF. A graduate of HEC Montreal, Maxime holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and is Chartered Accountant (having successfully completed CICA's Uniform Final Evaluation in 2001).
LORI SEIDMAN Chief Legal Officer, Quanto Financial Group
Lori joined Quanto Financial in October of 2005. As Chief Legal Officer of the group, Lori is responsible for overseeing legal matters for the group, including compliance with regulatory obligations. Lori works closely with management and advises on the integrity of business conduct and good corporate governance. She also acts as corporate secretary for all companies within the group. Prior to joining Quanto Financial, she practiced corporate law, specializing in securities law, with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin in Montreal where she started in 1997 as a student. Lori was called to the Quebec Bar in 2000 and remained with Fasken until joining Quanto in October 2005. Lori obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from McGill University (1995) as well as her Civil Law (1998) and Common Law (1999) degrees from the University of Ottawa.
FRANCIS DAIGNEAULT Senior Analyst, Quanto Financial Group
Francis Daigneault joined Quanto Financial last November 2005 as Senior Analyst. He is the chair of the group's Transaction Committee and is responsible for new transaction screenings and on-going performance monitoring. Francis is an experienced credit and financial analyst. He holds a Masters Degree in Finance from HEC Montreal and is currently completing the last year of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) qualification. Prior to joining Quanto Financial, Francis worked in similar positions in a number of Canadian financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch Canada and NBF.
ISABEL MARKEY Operations Director, Quanto Financial Group
Isabel Markey joined Quanto Financial in March 2006 from NBCN Inc., where she spent 7 years as a unit supervisor in operations and special projects. At NBCN, Isabel was mandated to manage and restructure a number of high-risk departments involved in transaction settlement and other institutional services. Prior to joining NBCN, Isabel worked as a manager for CEBN, a discount brokerage operations owned by National Bank of Canada. She also spent 5 years at VMD (Groupe Desjardins) as a junior manager in the credit risk management sector.
